Terms & Conditions — The TAB Eureka Gold Membership

1.     Eligibility

  • Gold Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

  • Proof of age may be required when redeeming alcohol-related benefits or merchandise.

2.    Membership Term & Cost

  • TAB Eureka Gold Membership is valid for one year, running from June 30, 2025, to June 29, 2026.

  • The cost of membership is $20 AUD (inc. GST).

  • Memberships do not auto-renew. A new membership must be purchased annually.

3.     Inclusions

  • Each TAB Eureka Gold Member is entitled to the following benefits (subject to availability):

    • 1 x Guaranteed General Admission ticket to The TAB Eureka (Saturday 6 September, 2025),

    • $10 Club Menangle Food & Beverage voucher (see redemption details below)

    • TAB Eureka bucket hat (limited stock – available until exhausted on first in basis)

    • Gold Member digital card

    • Digital Racebook (subject to final confirmation and delivery method)

    • 2 x Calcutta tickets in the draw for the TAB Eureka Racenet Calcutta, valued at $20

    • Access to member-only giveaways, content, offers, and race night recognition

4.      Food & Beverage Voucher Conditions

  • Voucher is valid only on Saturday, 6 September 2025, at Club Menangle outlets and participating Aussie Night Markets vendors.

  • Valid for one transaction only.

  • Not redeemable for cash, exchange, or credit.

  • Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by persons aged 18+. Club Menangle reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in line with RSA laws.

5.      Redemption of Inclusions

  • Members must collect their voucher(s) and merchandise on the day of The TAB Eureka from the dedicated Gold Member stand.

  • Members must present their Gold Member card and/or photo ID for verification.

  • Merchandise and vouchers cannot be mailed or collected before the event.

  • Redemption items are non-transferable and available only to the named member.

6.      Calcutta Draw Entry

  • Each Gold Member receives 2 x entry tickets into the TAB Eureka Racenet Calcutta, conducted by Harness Racing Australia.

  • Entry is not exchangeable for cash and is valid only for the official draw.

  • Calcutta entry details and conditions will be provided closer to the event.

7.      Changes and Availability

  • Benefits, vendors, and inclusions are subject to change based on event programming, availability, or supplier constraints.

  • Harness Racing Australia and Club Menangle reserve the right to amend or withdraw inclusions at their discretion.

 8.      General

  • Membership is non-transferable and applies to the individual named at time of purchase.

  • Lost membership cards may not be reissued after a certain cut-off date.

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or non-attendance.

  • By purchasing a Gold Membership, members agree to these terms and conditions and any future updates communicated by HRA or Club Menangle.
